[Ansteorra-Textiles] Fiber Arts Event Proposal

It is a regular list response, and it is an effort to not have my emails cut
apart, taken out of context, and sent off to parts unknown.  This has
happened enough that an attorney friend instructed me to add it to all
emails.  It is not meant to insult or annoy.
