Hi,

I am dabbling in spinning and weaving when I have the chance. Used to be much more active til mundanity consumed my life. Not on ravely.com now, but I'd be glad to join. Would be nice to be part of an active group again.

Lady Eibhlin inghean Roibeaird
Westgate, Ansteorra

I've been busy knitting... and healing from a broken leg and thyroid cancer
myself.

Is anyone else here on Ravelry.com? It's another place we could move to and
there is already a group of active SCA Fiber Artists there.

  Hello,

I'm a spinner of animal fibers and have been at it only about three
years with half of that not spinning due to breast cancer. I am currently
not an SCA-er but was some years ago in Meridies. It seems that Ansteorra
and her people support the arts hardly at all, while, lots of support and
fans with regards to fighting. When I moved here, I was hoping there were
guilds to foster the gentler arts and sciences.

If this list becomes a victim of apathy then let it die. There is no
point in the fruitless effort of cpr on an already dead list. Pity.

This list has been inactive since August. What are your opinions about
discontinuing this list for non-activity?

Thoughts? If you want to keep it then what can we do to stimulate
interest?

  Regards,

  Clare

I've been busy getting ready for, having, and cleaning up from my Dad's 90th
birthday (and Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years with the entire clan,
here) and trying to quilt in my "spare time".......
