Greetings and a quest <BR><BR></FONT></DIV>Greetings unto the Textiles list
from Honorable Lady Rixende de Rouen, Tailor to His Royal Highness. I have
joined this list as I have been set upon a task by His Highness and I am in
need of the assistance of the many talented weavers in Ansteorra.<BR><BR>His
Highness will be adopting a Roman persona as of Coronation, and therefore I
have a great need for Woven segmentae, clavi, etc. to adorn his garments. I am
in search of card, tapestry and loom weavers who would be willing to undertake
this task of weaving these pieces which will then be attached to his garments
(primarily Dalmaticas.) <BR><BR>I am also looking for any documentation that
people can point me toward for Roman weaving (6th-7th century) and garments.
