Bards - New Northern Regional Bard

I just heard that Lord Ivo Blackhawk is the new Northern Regional Bard.  
Congradulations!  This is, I believe, the first competition he has won, 
though I doubt that it will be the last.  I'm sorry I couldn't be there.
