Sure, anyone can do as they like, as long as:
1. My name and a simple copyright notice are attached.
2. It's not used for monetary profit without my permission.
3. It's not used in any Official Publication of the SCA, Inc.
That last condition is probably pointless, sure, but necessary to support the 
actions of certain others that are better (and better-known) bards.
