Hello, everyone --

Tiggy here.

Ok -- I'll drop the bomb. I swear I'm gonna get strung up for this. The only thing I ask is a gentle, quick, and painless death. :)

So, documenation on a minimum of two pieces.

Which, does beg the question about the SUBMISSION of the documentation.

1 - Do we need to make multiple copies for multiple judges? If so, how many judges? There are usually three.

2 - When does documentation need to be submitted? At the beginning of the competition? At the beginning of the round? At the beginning of the performance? The judges will need time to at lease peruse it, and it would be nice if they could actually read it and make comment on it.

3 - By what yardstick will the documenation be measured? Are we using Gulf-War standards? (Keep in mind that the What are the minimum requirements? Or is the point that we HAVE documentation? Is better written documenation going to be looked upon more favorably? Does the quality of the documentation affect whether some one is in the top or bottom 50% of a round? You did mention "points" in your most recent release of these rules.
