[Bards] Bardic collegium

I will be there unless work or family emergency prevents it (neither highly
likely that I can tell). Due to monetary factors, it would be helpful if it
were someplace local enough to day trip, which may mean having Steppes host
it (as that's where I live). As for the proposed book, I'd be happy to give
writing an original piece a try, but no guarantees on the quality at this
point, as I'm just getting started for all intents and purposes.

As for the other questions, I'll have to give it some thought, but I would
definitely try to get Robin, Tiggy and Eleanor to teach, if possible. Also,
I would be happy to help with this collegium any way I can.
