Regarding your request for branch title bards in the kingdom:

I (Ly. Serena Dominicci) am the current title-holder of the Barony of
the  Eldern Hills
(Lawton, OK). The two other title-holders I know of, I do not remember
their last names, but here they are:
Grimolfr is the titled bard of the Barony of Namron (Norman, OK)
Centurion Owen is the titled bard of the Barony of Northkeep (Tulsa,
OK)
