[Bards] Old City Park Caroling - Practice Dates

Greetings and Salutations,

Thanks go to those who have volunteered their homes for the
practices! There are now five (5) locations: Carrollton (1), Richardson
(2), Mesquite (1), and Garland (1). Two of the homes have pets, one
home does not have pets, and I'm unsure about the other two; however,
inquiries will be made and we should be able to work around the allergy
problems.

The second step is to schedule a time to practice. I have come
up with the following tentative schedule. Being new to organizing this
type of activity, I may only stay a week or so ahead of the practices
with the 'official' schedule; however, I will do my best. The tentative
schedule is as follows:

#1 Wednesday 7:30 pm October 6 in either Garland or
Richardson
		#2 Wednesday 7:30 pm October 20 TBD
#3 Wednesday 7:30 pm October 27 TBD (replaces Steppes
Bardic Guild)
		#4 Wednesday 7:30 pm November 3 TBD
		#5 Wednesday 7:30 pm November 10 TBD
		#6 Wednesday 7:30 pm November 17 TBD
#7 Wednesday 7:30 pm November 24 TBD (replaces Steppes
Bardic Guild)

I will post the location for next week and a map/directions on
Monday morning.

The third step is to have people to practice with. I now ask
that anyone who would like to practice with the group to please email me
(rjthomas at halff.com with 'Old City Park Caroling' in the subject line)
and let me know whether or not you need copies of the caroling book.
I'll make as many copies as we need.

At this time, I also ask those who have graciously offered the
hospitality of their homes to please call me this weekend (or soon)
after they have perused the practice schedule and let me know if any
dates work particularly well for you or don't work particularly well.
