I think this post (link below) pretty much sums it up.  If not, check through the Archives by author (for Alden Drake or Paul Haines).  The only change is that I'm now *not* publishing contact information in the book.  However, if you send it to me, I'll keep it on file.  For copyright stuff, just send me a date (year) that you wrote the piece and any copyright info you have from original songs (if you filk).
