[Bards] Bardic Circle?

The Steppes practice will be changing a little bit - I don't want to preempt my co-guildmistress (yes, Clare is back in the picture - yoo-hoo!), so I won't go further for now.  But plans are afoot.  Unfortunately, I have been unable to plan in the recent past.  I was sad to miss the Steppes Warlord bardic (congrats Elanor!).
