They were good questions, though, and pointed at me, I think, reasonably so.

The statement was "he MAY not be aware of this". As of right now, thats 
a far cry from 'he has no idea'.
And so far, no one has said what the Eisteddfod is, or is not doing, so 
your last three lines might be considered jumping the gun a little.

I certainly appreciate the sentiment, everyone wants this to run 
smoothly. But frankly, your reply was a bit pointed, and I honestly feel 
it was unnecessarily so at this time.
