[Bards] Question on performance judging forms

Let's do it.  I have no particular hore in this race, because I disapprove of all judging forms, but if people have specific issues with a form, we should try to fix it.

    As a Laurel I am having problems with the kingdom forms. The Static Arts juding forms do not have a separate documentation section. The documentation falls into the Authentic section. It is support for your piece. I feel it is unfair to add that extra stress to performing artist when it isn't added to static arts. I feel the authentic section is enough and we should drop the extra documentation section.
