[Bards] college yea or nea?

I'm still weighing all the words that have been written over the past
couple of weeks, but I'm still inclined to believe that a college would be
a good thing for the bardic community as a whole, as a central focus,
support and perhaps some guidance.  That being said, I will be a bard (or
minstrel, or jongleur, or whatever) whether there is a college or not.

Even so, I say yea.
