Stout, filthy men in studded leather armor thunder into the hall,  
destroying everything in their path. Well-dressed fops and timid- 
looking artisans scramble for their lives, their carefully prepared  
displays abandoned and overrun by the wave of destruction.

One stout man pauses to consider a stage at the end of a room, where  
a bard stands and begins to tell a tale of passion and heroism... and  
drinking! The shouting pillagers stagger to a halt, mouths agape and  
eyes glued to the bard. A close-up of the bard shows the tiniest  
trace of fear in his eyes, for just a moment, that clearly only the  
camera can see. His tale continues, gathering momentum and intensity.

A beautiful, towering display of period miniature paintings finishes  
its noisy cascade to the floor, and one of the barbarians turns to  
address the camera. "Kingdom Bardic and Beer! What's in *your* tankard?"

(going off to get a much-belated lunch now... shouldn't allow myself  
to go too long without eating like this...) :-P
