Alden, the document I'm seeking (that I have a copy of in an early
draft form) covers all bases. The calendar issues are just a part of
the planning process.

Kingdom Eisteddfod is already a recurring Kingdom event listed in
Kingdom Law. Such events are already not charged against a group's
maximum event limit. So if "Bard and beers" is just an extension of
Eisteddfod (which is what I understood we were talking about), then
we're in good shape.

If this is to be a new event, though -- a bardic workshop (not
Eisteddfod) with a brewing competition? is that what was meant? --
then, yeah, we'll be starting from scratch.
