I don't see why not.
The only issue I had with it was ease of site selection. Brewers haul 
in kegs and bottles and we just bring ourselves. Cooks tend to need 
firepits at a bare minimum. Most prefer other facilities, like 
refrigeration, ovens, sinks, grills, storage.

It's all a matter of what you wanna do.
