[Bards] Topic: Is the usage of performers in your area, and events in general, sufficient?

The  sky-blue sash with gold trim originally denoted a member of the Queen's 
College of Bards from 1982 until the College's end.  They were created and 
passed out by Duchess Willow de Wisp.  I'm glad to see that the sash has 
returned.
