[Bards] Kingdom A&S

I certainly don't see a reason to merge the two events.  I wouldn't rule out 
the possiblity that there should be a spot (or two) for Gulf War entrants 
chosen at Eisteddfod rather than at Kingdom A&S.

Personally, I wish I could attend Kingdom A&S.  My in-laws are descending en 
masse (six of them!) from Calgary that week.  I will be busy biting my 
tongue and smiling politely.
