[Bards] Loch Soilleir Bardic Championship

Come one and and all to compete or bear witness to the Bardic 
Championship of the Barony of Loch Soilleir!  Their Serpentine 
Excellencies next titled bard shall be chosen at Tourney by the Loch, on 
October 13th, at a time to be announced at morning court.

The Loch Bardic Championship will consist of each person performing two 
pieces of different styles.  The first piece will be bard's choice, 
while the second will be themed to battle/war/melees.  Documentation is 
not required, but will be scored.  Judging will be done by a panel of 
judges, along with a popular vote that will give extra points to the 
competitors who best entertain their audience.

Come to compete, or come to be entertained!
