[Bards] Bordermarch Bardic

The format for this year's bardic competition for Bordermarch Autumn Melees will be one piece on a theme - which will be Hearth and Home, and one piece that is bard's choice. Be prepared for a possible final round as well. I hope to see as many of you there as possible.
