Another question for you, Master Finnacan - Is the winner, chosen from among the final three, to be decided based on the final round only, or will the results of the finalists' first two rounds contribute to the decision?

Good question, and I yes, I thought about it for awhile.
  A number of newer and/or far-flung performers sometimes find their way 
to Eisteddfod, and I'd hate for them to be excluded because of an entry 
requirement.
However...

should you wish to declare intent here on the Bards List, please do so. 
That sort of declaration can be very inspiring to other performers.
