[Bards] Ansteorran Bardic Tavern?

Last year, there were great circles hosted by Lord Miguel de la Treb. in the
Coastal Camp for a couple of nights in a row.  We even had Master Efenwealt
Wystle of Atlantia show up and entertain us for quite some time.
