[Bards] Ansteorran Bardic Tavern?

There are usually some other bardic circles going on during war.  the 
Coastal Camp usually gets one  at some point during the week, though I'm 
not sure how that'll be affected if Gerald isn't going to war.

Noticing a trend?   Gerald!  Go to war! :P
