[Bards] Bards, Brewers, and Cooks (now with shopping!)

I'd suggest making it a multi-group event first and see how it goes. It
could make for a fabulous Eisteddfod though to have cooking and brewing
classes, some bardic classes opposite the bardic competition, and a
fabulous feast with entertainment. That'd be a great event in my book. :)
