[Bards] Loch Bardic at LOCHTOBERFEST

On October 31st at Lochtoberfest, Their Serpentine Excellencies will choose
the new Loch bard.

The Competition will be in held in two rounds and must include pieces of
differing styles (poem and song, story and song, not two songs, etc).

Bring your best song, story, and/or poem and vie for the honor of holding
the same title as such bards as HL Gerald of Leesville, Master Ihon Vincon
MacFergus, HL Andrew Scarhart, and many others.

Also, at least one piece must be documented to either being period or being
composed in a period style.  Entrants should have a third piece prepared in
case there is need for a final round.
