[Bards] Bardic Circle at BAM

Greetings all,
Their Excellencies Bordermarch have asked if I would coordinate a bardic circle 
again at BAM this year.  I am very happy to do so, but would like to get some 
input from folks to help me plan.  The last circle I organized at BAM was on 
Friday night and included a pot-luck dinner.  Do we want to do that again this 
year, or do people prefer to have a circle after dinner?  


Their Excellencies Stargate have again offered us the use of their baronial 
pavilion, which will be set up near the castle, so we have a covered space to 
use.
