[Bards] Signing up for Eisteddfod

The published schedule lists:
9:00 - 10:00 am: sign up
11:00 am: first round

But like some others, I've already signed up, by sending my letter of intent. Do I still need to be on site by 10:00 to compete, when the competition starts at 11:00?
