[Bards] Gulf Wars War Bard Competition

Since I hadn't seen anything posted, I did a little digging on the Gulf Wars 
website. 

The 5th Annual Gulf Wars War Bard Competition will be held on Wednesday evening, 
from 6pm - Done.  The theme this year is "My Enemy, My Friend".  No 
documentation is required.

I encourage all my brothers and sisters of the performing arts to go and 
participate, and show the best that Ansteorran bards can bring!
