Good questions!
The wheel will be spun at the beginning of each round.
Once a topic has been spun, it will be removed from the wheel.

Regards,
Alden

When will the Wheel be spun? At the start of the tourney for all rounds, or at the start of each round?

Specifically, if the first round is War, will I know what the second round is, or will I be choosing between my War & Love piece and my Drinking & War piece without knowing what I'll need next round?

Also, will multiple spins of the same topic be allowed? Will we maybe need 5 Chivalry pieces?

Just trying to make plans.

Thanks,

The themes on the wheel will be: Ansteorra, Period/Period Style (documented), War, Love, Death, Drinking, Chivalry, Sing-Along, Open (Bard's Best), Crown's Choice. Bye rounds shall be destructive, and shall be performed against a former Premier Bard. In addition to the regular panel of judges, 9 random audience members will be chosen, who will cast a collective "populace vote". There are no style (song, poetry, story, instrumental) requirements, and documentation is only required for one piece (the period/period style piece). Any questions should be directed to the outgoing Premier Bard, Master Alden Drake at alden_drake at sbcglobal.net.
