[Bards] Is it time to close the Bards list?

In that case I will just let someone else take over the running of the
list.  Matthew and Adalia have both volunteered to take it, I don't have
any preference, a list can even have more than one administrator.  You will
need to contact the Kingdom Webminister to see what her preferences are.
