Surgery took 12 hours. The graft was not as bad as they expected - minor.
They had to repair 2 valves. He is responding. His chest is still open, and
will remain so until Sunday or Monday. The doctors need 48 hours before giving
the thumbs up. He had the head of thoracic surgery doing his surgery, and the
doctor said it is a common surgery that he does. It went as expected, but he
does not want to give false hope. Wormy's mom is there and relaying messages
to his family. Matt and Beth (Matthias and Elanor) are there relaying messages
to his other family - us. Wormy's not out of the woods yet, so everyone keep
praying/ thoughts/ energy/ whatever to him for the next 48 hours. I'm off to
