I Duchess Willow de Wisp past  Premier Bard of Ansteorra and Principal 
Bard to Old Queen's Bards of Ansteorra for over 10 years do now give 
my Intent to enter this years competition for Premier Bard of 
Ansteorra. If I achieve this honor I promise to everything in my power 
to promote Bard craft and create permanent venues for education of all 
the Bardic arts. I will also attempt to provide multiple venues for 
performing for bards and all performers.
