there's a lot of "unhoned" talent out there. However, I'm personal witness
to an individual who used to be considered unable to carry a tune in a bucket
who does a rather passable job now. Will they be getting a job with the
Houston Symphony Chorus anytime soon? Probably not, but a desire to be
better and the willingness to put the effort (read "Practice!") into it, will
help someone who may be a ruby in the rough.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

all know exist but seldom talk about. And I've certinly seen a few circles
killed by a few really bad performers who had no idea how bad they were.
And to be honest I'm sure I've been guilty of a few excruciating performances in
