<DIV>I don't see why they couldn't. I think it would be great use of the appropriate Deputy A&S Ministers to spearhead the coordination of these events alongside the outgoing champions. It would also lend more reason for those Deputy A&S Minister positions to carry over to the next Kingdom A&S Minister.</DIV>
