Dear fellow performers and bards

You might wonder why I send you my information on encouraging people. 
Many of our chosen performing venues are advisers to Leaders and 
advisers to the people. We ourselves may not and do not take sides or 
get involved in political fights, but it is our duty to give out 
wisdom. This is a point of political wisdom that wouldn't hurt 
everyone to think about. 

We are having problems recruiting younger people. Many people think 
this is based on the changing modern world. I just believe we are not 
presenting ourselves properly. The performers in Ansteorra are mostly 
( know not all) young adults. We should be able to give leaders 
insights to things that would attract more young people. 

I will be sending information to "the bards" so I can share some of 
my hard won wisdom. I will label and put it in a attached file  in 
the future so you can read it or not at your wish. If you want to 
argue with me over the concepts please do it off-list or transfer the 
discussion to another list.
