[Bg-dance] No regional Italian dance practice this Sunday

This Sunday was going to be the first Italian dance practice in
College Station.  However, Perronnelle is dealing with a family
emergency (currently getting better, fortunately) and will not be
available.  So it is being canceled.  The first Italian regional will
be the third Sunday in October, the 18th.
