As You Know, Bob, there are weekends up against other things in the
region, but there's just no way to avoid that, and the winter holiday
season is hell on attendance no matter what you do.

Again stating the obvious: everyone reserves the right to see how it
works and adjust plans.

At 3 hours driving time from all of Dallas, Waxahachie, and Athens, it
probably is too far.  But the Central e-mail list gets little traffic,
so I would do a short one-shot announcement at the start.  And
similarly any special occasions like unusual classes (say, 15th
century Italian pole-dancing).
