Perronnelle,
  I'd love to see something like that.  I did a quick hunt for sheet music for 
the song and came up completely empty.  Do you have any leads you could share 
for it?

How  about La Vita di Colin? 15th C Italian for three dancers, lively
music but no kicking or hopping, and I can probably teach it in an
hour if the class already has a basic knowledge of 15th C steps.
