I got the impression that many Playford dances were named for the
tune?
The dance name can't be a version of "half hand again", because the
1.5 turn is from John Millar's version in the 1980s, which is so not
in Playford. If I remember right from when I looked, at least the
"Hannekin" word is a straightforward medieval English name, a
diminutive of "Henry" plus another diminutive suffix "-kin".
