See attached re: business meeting.  I'm sure most of you have gotten this
already on facebook and the main BG list, but since it was discussed last
night at dance, I thought I'd forward it.

Subject: [Bryn-gwlad] Reminder - Business Meeting is TONIGHT

Greetings Barony - since the Public Libraries are closed next week, our
monthly business meeting is TONIGHT at the Spicewood Springs Library (see
website for directions).  We will begin promptly at 7 pm.

Officers - if you cannot be there be sure and send your deputy.

Two Announcements:

1. The following open Baronial Officer positions will accept final
applications tonight.  After tonight, applications will NOT be accepted.

Open Offices:

* Seneschal (2 applicants so far)

* Treasurer (0 applicants so far)

* Knights Marshal (1 applicant so far)

Send your application to the respective Regional Officer, the current
Office with a copy to their Excellencies and the Seneschal.

2. We will be discussing tonight at the* end of the business
meeting*whether or not to continue to use the Wells Branch facilities
fo the 2013
calendar year.  Handouts will be available to the populace detailing the
2012 arrangements.
