[Bg-dance] Dancing next Sunday, 10 March? Also The Boone Companion

I only remember a few of us saying that we'd be available on 10 March
for dancing.  I've gotten word that my brother's funeral will be on
Saturday, so I'll be unavailable.

I've written up instructions for The Boone Companion, at

Instructions at the top, with notes to myself to ask whether dancers
want certain alternatives, and sources, music, and WAY too much on how
I reconstructed it.
