Actually, thomas prefers not to be involved--at least not for our normal location.  If you want the Klattenhof location you might talk to him to at least to check on availability, but I believe the Seneschal would have to sign new contract for that special arrangement. 

If you want just our normal room or room 4 (no carpet), i believe I can request it under current contract.
