Not to step on Efflam's toes, but as we discussed, we will again be at Lady Katie's next week with a potluck style dinner. :)  Gerrold and I discussed it on our way home, and we'll be happy to provide enchiladas as the main dish.  Let me know if this is amenable to one and all. :)  Gerrold's enchiladas are muy tasty. :)  Hope to see you there!
