[Blacklake] Weekly Monday night practice

Well it has been 2 weeks and there has been no outcry against it so we will
start our weekly practice tomorrow.  6pm at Sherwood park in Odessa.  We'll
see about strapping some people into gear and if nothing else have a
footwork revisit and play some Gerold-pell.
