[Blacklake] fighter practice

[Chris England]

1st & 3rd Monday is midland, 2nd and 4th Monday is Odessa.  5th we play by
ear if it occurs.  When we have populace in the park we'll do a little
practice afterwards as well.

What's the general schedule on those? He'll be out of town for training next
week, but can hopefully make it after that.
