make sure we have our officers in place, they are reporting on time without

Society Seneschal, Kingdom Seneschal, Crown and Board Ombudsman, we have a
preformance plan to help the SCA to survive in this area. The current status
is:<BR><BR>Adlersruhe, Blacklake and Crossrode Keep are on 3 year probation
and performance improvement plan<BR><BR>An Loch will be merged back into
Adlersruhe<BR><BR>Mendersham will continue on a 6 month suspension while
they work out with the Kingdom Seneschal and Crown an acceptable recovery
plan to the Society Seneschal<BR><BR>Each group will have a unique plan for
their needs with the following overriddng requirements:<BR><BR>Resolution of
outstanding officer and finacial issues<BR>100% officer
reporting<BR>Compliance of all Kingdom and Society policies and Laws<BR>No
interpersonal conflicts requiring Kingdom or Society
intrervention<BR>Maintenance of membership levels to be established by
Kingdom Seneschal and Crown<BR><BR>It is our hope that these plans will
breathe new life into these groups and they will be able to succeed with
