The Shire of Trelac Presents:A Day In The Ottoman EmpireOctober 19-21, 2007Sweetwater Lake (Gothic Site)Sweetwater, TXJoin us as we travel the Silk road in the days when life was built around trade and the Ottoman Empire was at it's center.Trelac will be revisiting an old tradition as we choose our Defenders for the first time in many years. This will be your opportunity to become a Champion among many in the Western Region.*Events Include:*Rapier, Chivalric, Knife Axe & Spear, Archery, A&S, Bardic, and Middle Eastern Dance. Each of the winners will win a magnificent prize and will be given a favor that denotes you as our defender.*Site:* Opens 5:00pm Friday and Closes at 12 noon on Sunday.*Site Fees: *$10 adults, minors 5-17 $5, under 5 free, family cap $25, $3.00non-member surcharge.*Feast Fees:** *$5 adults and minors 5-17, under 5 free.Event Steward: Co-Event Steward
