Yes but do we trust the guy in the mall to know that we have simply passed out and are not having a heart attack with out taking a pulse or having some sort of certification?

Hmm, This looks almost like what they taught me when I had to be certified in cpr...
( I worked in a daycare, so I got the whole thing, infants to old people )
