[Bordermarch] Baronials update

Just a quick note to bring everyone up to speed on Baronials. We still need
coordinators for the following areas: Marshalling. We need workers in the
following areas: GATE, Bathrooms, Set up/Tear down, marshalling, feast servers
and feast cleanup, list mistresses, waterbearing. We need scrolls for the
following areas: Rapier, youth rapier, youth archery, A&S, youth A&S, Bardic,
and youth bardic. Prizes are needed for the following areas: chivalric,
rapier, youth rapier, archery, youth archery. We also need donations for the
volunteers worker raffle.
